Gold Vein is a first-person gold mining simulator where every step is done by hand: you dig the dirt, carry it, wash it and pick the gold out yourself.
Nothing is automatic until you earn the machines that make it so.
FROM PAN TO PLANT
• Dig pay dirt with your shovel and fill buckets you place on the ground
• Pan it in the creek: shake to settle the gold, wash off the light sand, keep the flakes
• Set up sluice boxes, rockers and highbankers and wash the mats for concentrate
• Clean the concentrate on the magnetite separator and the wave table
• Melt your gold into bars in the furnace and sell when the price is right
